Words spilling out into Sentences

So for a couple months now Ava has been putting some small phrases together. I love it. To hear her speak and make sense is wonderful. She has always been vocal....she is of course my child but she now tells you exactly what she wants and how she would like it done...again, my child. She def has some Kidwiler in there somewhere even though looking at her you would never know. These last couple weeks her sentences have became longer and more put together. She now will tell us who she would like to do what. If I ask her 'Does your diaper need changed?' she usually replies with 'I want Daddy to do it' and runs away from me. Or visa versa depending on her mood. She will also ask you to come with her to another room. She asks for help when she cant reach something. Just this morning, I received a text from Ms. Becky telling me that Ava approached her and stated "I am hungry. I want a snack peeeeeease". I love it. She is communicating very well and her speaking is getting more clear as she develops. There are times she is saying something that Kenny or I will have to relay to a grandparent or Aunt/Uncle but most of the time you can clearly understand her and her wants/needs. This is such a fun age and seems to only be getting better with time as she understands more and learns more. I love hearing her talk and putting her thoughts together and being able to tell me her needs.

Fun with Daddy....

25 weeks and growing

So I have hit 25 weeks. 14 weeks until my scheduled c-section. Yes I am counting them down. I am growing and can feel every stretch. This girl is growing like a weed. I have my appt this upcoming week but I believe I am in the neighborhood of being about 7 or 8 pounds over my pre pregnancy weight which I believe is great considering I love about 6 pounds at the beginning of this pregnancy with my sickness. The maternity clothes that I wore with Ava until almost delivery are sadly too small. I am growing so differently this time that I am already in LARGE everything just to fit my growing wasteline. It is wonderful feeling her move, I must say I have a little ickling that she may be messed up on days and nights even though I know she doesnt know what they are yet. She is way active from about 7 or 8 at night until the weeeeeee hours of the morning. Some nights she has woken me up while punching my insides. I dont feel her much during the day until I wait too long to eat or drink a soda or something. Ava has had the pleasure of being bumped by her a little bit. Ava will lay her head on my belly as a rest pillow and sometimes I will watch my belly move in waves until Ava is hit in the head. Yes they are beating on each other already. As young as Ava is she calls my belly baby and knows my body is changing. She knows where all the baby stuff is and we are trying to make her understand that it isnt for her, that it is for Hailey. I cannot wait to have her here and my two girls in my arms. I think it will be so much fun having two little girls this close in age. I think I am more anxious now for October than I was for September with Ava just because I know the end product and the love that I will feel as soon as this little girl is brought to me after delivery. It is just amazing. We are so blessed and cannot wait to meet her.

Summer Time

We havent done too much this summer, Ava has had her time in the water and playing with her cousins. But we have had a LOT OF FUN. She has enjoyed her time at home with daddy and helping me clean out rooms and boxes of stuff while we prepare for Hailey's arrival in October. Thought I would share some photos.

She found this while we were cleaning out boxes, she wore it the rest of the evening.

She insisted on having our bed comforter out in the living room so she could lay on it to watch tv. Doesnt she look comfy!?

Riding in the car. Love seeing her with her hat on. She's too cute.

Playing with water at Nanny's house.

Had to share a photo of Miss Emily enjoying her summer Fun too!

Cousins...

Ava now as a bunch of cousins. For a while it was her and Blake. Now there is a truck load of kids, to haul them all around we would need a van and lots of carseats! But they all love each other and they do get along very well even though 2 are under the age of 6 months.

Ava got a new first cousin on June 4th, Brooklyn, whom she now pretends to talk on the phone to all the time. When she sees Erika, she now gets so exciting, yelling Baby Baby because she knows Brooklyn will be with her.

Little Levi was born in March, he visits down at Ms. Becky's every once in a while and Ava really cares for him and helps while he is there. Becky said last time he visited, Ava helped feed him a bottle and was very patient with him. She is very gentle with these little ones, kissing them on the legs, feet and staying away from their face.

Her partners in CRIME!! LOL. Kearah and Alaya. She loves these girls. They are already a mess when it comes to seeing each other, Ava will ask continously wheres Keeks?? like I am supposed to make her appear so they can play together.

Ava and Emily with Aunt Ash. Emily after almost 2 years is still getting used to the fact that Ava is around but Ava loves her and everytime we are all together Ava will hug and kiss all over her.
