Release with Review:: Just One Night by Charity Ferrell

Title: Just One Night
Author: Charity Ferrell
Genre: New Adult Romance
Release Date: February 15, 2018 Kindle Unlimited

“What the f*ck have I done?” aren’t the first words you want to hear after a one-night stand.
Yet, that’s what he gave me.
Dallas Barnes is tall, dark, and handsome.
He’s also scarred, rough, and broken down by burdens.
A single dad. A widower. A lost soul.
We found each other in the back of a dark pub.
He brought the whiskey.
I brought the bad decisions.
He called it a mistake.
I vowed never to speak to him again.
That vow is broken with one test.
Two pink lines turn my life upside down.
One night changes everything.

Review:

The blurb hooks you and then the book keeps you intrigued throughout the whole story. We meet Dallas and Willow. Two complicated souls that have a lot going on with them. They just wanted to forget their pain for a few hours. I loved the execution of the story. We are brought up to Willow already knowing that they are having a baby and she doesn't know what she will do. I liked that Charity didn't have them accept this and decide marriage and a big happy family was the way to go. I liked that they do realize that their lives will be intertwined but they don't have to be together. Their journey was incredible to watch, the pain and emotion that is brought with their lives. It was a very well told story allowing us to see that it doesn't turn out how you plan.

Blog Tour:: Push and Pull by Allie York

Title: Push & Pull ( The Broadway Series #5)
Author: Allie York
Genre: Contemporary Romance

It’s been a rough two years for Meredith Wallace. Running away from a loving family to live across the country with her boyfriend was a bad idea. She went from bright and full of possibilities to beaten and broken. When her situation gets worse, Meredith knows it’s time to go home, even if her family never forgives her for the hurt she caused.
Beck Layton is a horrible person. Everyone knows it, especially him. Every day is a challenge to forget the past, to dull the pain. After blacking out and waking up in a seedy hotel with women he doesn’t remember, Beck decides maybe his life isn’t worth it. Just before he makes his decision final, he finds someone who needs him. She needs saving but may end up rescuing him instead.

Review:
What do you do when you end up in a bad situation? You put your tail between your legs and head home. After 2 years of trying to convince herself that she made the right decision, Meredith heads home. She needs her family. Who knew when returning that she would run into and need Beck to help her? Who knew that Beck would actually man up and do the right thing? I loved the developed relationship of these two. I loved that Beck was just there, making sure she was taking care of herself. He instantly became protective of her. Meredith had a lot of doubts and as frustrating as it was to hear these doubts over and over, Beck did nothing but command that she believe he was in it for the right reason and forever. I loved seeing the transformation of Beck's personality and how a woman can just make you want to change. Allie did such an awesome job of displaying a lot of bad that turned good.

Allie is a mom, wife, and dog groomer by day. At night she is posted on her laptop writing contemporary romance. She has a soft spot for gooey romance, over-creamed coffee, and anything cute and furry.
