This story was intriguing and I enjoyed it. This is a new author to me so getting used to her style was interesting.
Liam Knight is a panty-melting, hard-bodied streetfighter and renowned tattoo artist rising up the ranks of the UFC's Middleweight Division, but he's about to get knocked out by his past.
I met her in a graveyard.
She was cleaning broken glass from a concrete angel. I should've gone on my way, but she gnawed at the edges of my mind. She acted tough, but I saw through the mask; she'd never make it out there on her own.
I was a streetfighter making a name for myself in the city's underground fight clubs. Together we clawed out our survival on the city streets.
Until that night.
Everything shattered.
One thing I've come to understand; Real love always burns.
It's now ten years later.
For Quinn Kelley, Liam Knight was her home, once, but she lost it.
When fate gives them a second chance, will they let go of their fear and pride and let the flame between them become one?
Or will the heat burn them both?

This was an emotionally packed story that kept my heart pounding until the end.
Ryder Axton is a lethal, dirty-minded, Navy SEAL-trained, and hot-blooded bounty hunter who plays by his own rules, but he’s going to have to break them to save her.
Ryder Axton never lets himself get personally involved. But when he finds a missing federal witness being held captive, it becomes personal, fast!
Keeping Rachel Farrington safe, even if it—or more likely she—kills him, is now his only mission.
One big problem, she doesn’t know who he is and fights him at every turn.
He thought he had nothing to lose. He was wrong.
Rachel Farrington thought she was safe as a federal witness in protective custody until she woke up chained in the monster’s basement.
When a powerful, dangerous man claiming to be a Navy Seal-trained, bounty hunter shows up, she’s not sure if he’s rescuing her or dragging her towards her death.
He’s dark and deadly; his past is mysterious and his motives unreadable. But she finds she's dependent on him for her very life.
When death comes, can they defy it?

Review:
It seems like you always have one in the series that doesn't hit the mark with your heart, and this one was it. I believe it is a good story, but just not to my liking.
Connor Callahan is a powerful attorney and the Twin Cities’ most eligible bachelor.
When he’s handed the case of a lifetime with the promise of partnership in the firm he’s dedicated his career to, he knows his destiny is close.
Then he gets a glimpse of the familiar Saint Sophia pendant his opposing counsel wears, and he finds himself wondering... He never thought he’d see the blonde whirlwind again after she blew in and out of his life, but she was wholly unforgettable. Like a tattoo over his heart.
If only he could get close enough to be sure it’s really her… but she’s never going to let that happen.
Elle Hayes, the feisty, determined social worker, despises the formidable Mr. Callahan and everything he stands for.
Though he puts on an immensely charming act—and is hotter than the New Mexico sun—she knows he’s a fake.
There’s no way she’s going to let Callahan interfere with her objective: finding a home for the three vulnerable orphans his client has torn apart.
Then an unexpected set-up has Connor and Elle playing house together for a week.
As the tension—and heat—revs up between them, they discover that they each have a whole lot more to lose than just a court case. Their hearts are on the line—and so much more.
To experience the greatest things in life, we have to take the greatest risks.
But will they decide those risks are worth taking?
