Read:: Fix Her Up (The Fix, #1) by Carey Heywood

Ever meet someone and know that you just want to be around them? That's what happens when Noah meets Finley. She is recently divorced and determined to make it on her own. Noah only wants to take care of her. Finley wants to proof she can be independent and make it work. When she takes on the project of remodeling a run down home, Noah decides he needs to help.

I loved the progression from friends to more. They get to know each other. They get into a rhythm with working together. Finley certainly isn't shy about working hard for what she wants. She felt a calling to this house, this area, and started new not knowing anyone.

Noah's whole family is fun to meet, his worrying mother down to his broody brother. The relationship that is built with this family is sweet. Carey takes us on a journey and allows us to peek in. I love the banter between the siblings and the closeness that is shared with their parents. You feel a part of this family.

You will love the details that come into play to complete Finley's house and the love that is found while finding herself. Noah doesn't control her or try to make her do anything that she doesn't want to and that is much appreciated.

Fall in love with this hot and hilarious new romantic comedy from New York Times Bestselling author Carey Heywood!

Finley Reeves is the queen of bad mistakes. Fresh off a bad divorce, she decides to rebuild her life from the ground up - starting with a fixer-upper that's got more leaks than the Titanic. Deciding to tackle this project alone might be her biggest mistake of all.... That is, until Noah Thompson shows up at her front door like a knight in a shining tool belt and makes her an offer she'd be crazy to refuse.

Noah's sexy, rugged, and good with his hands, but Finley swears she doesn't need his help - in the basement, or in the bedroom. Can this unlikely couple build a future together? Or will this be one fixer-upper that is better off left alone?
