Read:: No Bad Days (A Fisher Brothers Novel) by J. Sterling

This new series by J. Sterling has a lot going for it. First can we bring up that the cover totally got my attention, Josh on any cover is a sold book. I have my favorites and those eyes get me every time.

I loved Jess and how strong she was for a girl her age. She just wanted something real, what she got was a guy that plays games and has her confused a lot of the time. Welcome to college. She puts up with a lot of crap and I was really proud of her for continuing with her dreams and doing what she wants to do with her life.

Nick is being warped and branded by his dad. He has no backbone until the end. If it weren't for that then i might have cast him off completely but he does come through. He feels he needs to do certain things to keep his dad happy but what he doesn't understand is that he needs to be happy. I was very thankful to see that his brothers do have their heads on straight and help guide him.

These two have a lot to fight for and boy do they fight. All Nick's fault by the way. He believes he is doing what is best but he only finds himself miserable. I haven't read a bad book by J. Sterling and this is no exception, the characters have a lot to learn, we are walking with them through their issues. I love that she is able to paint the picture for our minds to create and to feel like we are with them.
I am anxiously waiting for the continue of this series and hopefully we will see more from Nick and Jess since he has a lot to do with the bar that is owned by the Fishers.

Nick Fisher is State’s most eligible bachelor—confident, creative, and driven—and is completely aware that every girl he knows is trying to land him. But Nick is more than the marketing genius everyone sees on the outside. In fact, his life is far more complicated than anyone suspects . . . even his own brothers.

Jess Michaelson knows she shouldn’t want Nick like all the other girls do, but she’s crazy about him anyway. How could anyone resist those charms? When he focuses his attention on her, she has no idea what she’s truly in for.

Sometimes love is hard.
But it’s worth the fight.
