Release with Review:: Dear Life by Meghan Quinn

Holy Crappers! I don't even know where to begin. Meghan's writing technique is so unique. I love reading her books because you never know what will come of the story. You never know what will come out of the character's mouths. This book in particular had to have been a challenge to write. Four different point of views. You would think it was too much. The story would get too complicated or confusing. You would think?! You would be WRONG!

We meet these 4 people who are all connected in one way or another from a small circle of people.

Hollyn is Amanda's best friend. Drifting through life. She really is just trying to get up and go to work. Her life fell apart quickly. She is lost. She is trying to figure out how to get it together but honestly she really doesn't want to.

Jace is a all start baseball player, working with Amanda's soon to be husband Matt. He is given a hard task of taking care of another life. He is trying to make the best decisions he can but it also causes a heart ache he wasn't expecting.

Daisy is a very naive sheltered woman who is trying to learn about the world at a very late age in her twenties. She is also Amanda's half sister. She is in this program to meet new people and start her life.

Carter is paying a debt he feels he shouldn't need to pay in a dead end job he hates with family he cant stand. This dude was all around a negative and doesn't take the time they have together seriously.

These people end up in a class together and slowly learn about each other. They learn what makes each other tick, how to be honest with each other, how to face their fears, and how to laugh again. This book takes you through so many emotions. I was crying, laughing, hopeful, dreaming of a good ending, and really crossing my fingers love was found again.

Meghan gives us a little of her in this book and I love it. I love that it was written differently than every other book out there. This is why I keep requesting to read her books. This is why I stalk her on all social media. She is becoming a go to when I know I want to read a good book.

This book sounds different, 4 people going through life, 4 people trying to find a way, 4 people fighting to survive. Buy it, give it a chance.

Four lives. Four stories. Four sets of letters. Four brave souls in need of guidance while facing life's greatest challenges.

The anonymously published Dear Life program is designed to help them step outside of their comfort zones, face their obstacles, and relinquish their demons...and prove their existence.

With their lives teetering between wanting more and losing it all, all four souls dive into the program as a New Year’s resolution, sending them on a crazy, life-altering journey.

Dear Life,

Please be kind.

Yours truly, Hollyn, Jace, Daisy, and Carter.

About the Author:

Born in New York and raised in Southern California, Meghan has grown into a sassy, peanut butter eating, blonde haired swearing, animal hoarding lady. She is known to bust out and dance if "It's Raining Men" starts beating through the air and heaven forbid you get a margarita in her, protect your legs because they may be humped.

Once she started commuting for an hour and twenty minutes every day to work for three years, she began to have conversations play in her head, real life, deep male voices and dainty lady coos kind of conversations. Perturbed and confused, she decided to either see a therapist about the hot and steamy voices running through her head or start writing them down. She decided to go with the cheaper option and started writing... enter her first novel, Caught Looking.

Now you can find the spicy, most definitely on the border of lunacy, kind of crazy lady residing in Colorado with the love of her life and her five, furry four legged children, hiking a trail or hiding behind shelves at grocery stores, wondering what kind of lube the nervous stranger will bring home to his wife. Oh and she loves a good boob squeeze!
