I’m enamored. He’s captured me.

Review

I honestly don't even know where to begin. This one took my heart and ran away with it, I may never get it back. Bodi and Ruby are like the most opposite, awkward, belong together, funny, uncomfortable couple ever.

We met both in the first book, Stroked, Bodi, a little more than Ruby because of being a teammate and competitor with Reese.

The book opens with a Epic prologue, your heart is beating fast from the beginning, a little boy with so much tragedy to begin his teen years. This event creates the man that we meet years later. The Olympian. The Swimmer. The Gold Medalist.  Living with OCD and as socially awkward as a grown man can get Bodi stays to himself. He doesn't hang out with the team. He doesn't go to clubs, he stays home, he stays safe, and he has a routine that cannot be interrupted.

Ruby is working as an Art instructor. She is loud, proud, honest, quirky, and most of all reads Bodi like the back of her hand. Anyone else picture Harper Sloan when Meghan was describing Ruby???? Of course you sub the purple hair with the brown but that is who was in my mind when reading this story.

Ruby and Bodi are paired together by his sister (the matchmaker in all this) to work on a foundation for children. They are working on projects and ways to fund money. The more they hang out the more Bodi tries to do everything to please Ruby. The attraction is very hard to deny. The conversation flows easily between these two. I loved that the main MALE character was not over confident, not all about a lot of women, and wasn't sure if he would even keep this girl. It was a refreshing change. It made me root for him even harder.

Meghan had me in tears as Bodi tries to fight what life is giving him: Ruby. His Rubes! He puts up a good fight but the heart wants what the heart wants right?! So these two work hard to get past his fear, Ruby throws her arm in his and hangs on while he is working through his demons.

This was an exciting adventure and I cannot wait until Hollis is able to tell his story.

Released: July 19, 2016

BLURB:
Reese King: Olympic medalist, underwear model, Greek god.

His body is chiseled from rock, sculpted by the weight room, and refined by water.

On a daily basis his skin is completely bare for everyone to see, tan and defined, only covered up by a minuscule piece of spandex. There is no denying his sex appeal.

I hate to admit it, but I’m head over heels infatuated with him.

There is one HUGE problem though. His achingly gorgeous abs, inked up arm, and cocky swagger belong to my boss, the high-profile, reality star bitch from hell and certified heinous human being, Bellini Chambers.

What I think is going to be an easy job assisting a glorified wench turns into a cluster f*ck of epic proportions.

About the Author:

Born in New York and raised in Southern California, Meghan has grown into a sassy, peanut butter eating, blonde haired swearing, animal hoarding lady. She is known to bust out and dance if "It's Raining Men" starts beating through the air and heaven forbid you get a margarita in her, protect your legs because they may be humped.

Once she started commuting for an hour and twenty minutes every day to work for three years, she began to have conversations play in her head, real life, deep male voices and dainty lady coos kind of conversations. Perturbed and confused, she decided to either see a therapist about the hot and steamy voices running through her head or start writing them down. She decided to go with the cheaper option and started writing... enter her first novel, Caught Looking.

Now you can find the spicy, most definitely on the border of lunacy, kind of crazy lady residing in Colorado with the love of her life and her five, furry four legged children, hiking a trail or hiding behind shelves at grocery stores, wondering what kind of lube the nervous stranger will bring home to his wife. Oh and she loves a good boob squeeze!
