Welcome to Crestwood University...
Where smiles conceal secrets.
Gossip runs rampant.
And everyone hides the truth.

Sophia Galloway has no idea what she’s walking
into when she transfers to Crestwood University.
Returning to Texas was her only goal.
But nothing could prepare her for stepping foot
on a campus where no one is what they seem.
In a world where frat guys think they can do no wrong.
And sorority presidents think they run the show.
Sophia’s about to find out what happens when she
unknowingly crosses the wrong guy,
pisses off the wrong sorority sister,
and refuses to play by anyone else’s rules.

A life will be lost.
Lies will be told.
Hearts will be broken.
And secrets...well secrets are meant to be revealed.

Is there anyone she can trust?

Review:
I absolutely loved this story. It is one of my favorites so far. Sophia and Chase are the classic love/hate relationship. Chase is really annoying and pushy but then likeable. Sophia cannot figure him out but gives him attitude right back and really tries to stay out of his way. Soon they are spending time together. I couldn't stop once I started this book and was thankful I started at bedtime so nothing interrupted. Chase soon is put in a spot that all of his moodiness is explained and Sophia must make a choice. It was amazing.

Excerpt

I heard footsteps behind me and realized I’d failed to elude him.
“What are you doing?” Chase asked, his hands gripping the straps on his backpack.
“You know what I’m doing.”
He released one of his straps and slipped his hand into mine.
My eyes shot down to where his big hand was linked with mine. I clenched my teeth. “Let go.”
He shook his head as I tried releasing my hand.
“So, it’s been you all along?” I said.
“What?”
“The one I need to be careful of.”
He scoffed, before leading me away from the elevator.
“What the hell are you doing?” I asked, trying to resist him but he was too strong.
He said nothing.
My eyes shot around. There was no one around to help me if I screamed. I’d seen enough movies to know you never go to a second location with your kidnapper.
He moved us through the high shelves filled with old books until we were in a deserted corner of the library.
My heartbeat thrashed as he backed me into a wall, my backpack softening the hard wall behind me. His hands landed on the wall above me and he kept me still with the weight of his body.
“You are the most infuriating girl I’ve ever met,” he said, his blue eyes staring into mine.
As nervous as I felt, I wouldn’t let him see my fear. “Then let me go and you never have to see me again.”
“Oh, I wish it were that simple.”
I swallowed around the lump that had shot to my throat.
“I can’t stop thinking about you, Soph.”
My eyes widened.
“And it’s driving me fucking crazy.”

Release with Review:: Her Greatest Mistake by Eve L. Mitchell

Release Date: June 13

I knew the moment I saw Aiden that he was the kind of man who would break a woman’s heart. With his looks, he could grace the cover of any book or magazine.

Even as I got to know him, his hard no-nonsense attitude was alluring. He was as captivating as he was intense, and having his attention was as intoxicating as it was overwhelming. My pulse raced and my stomach fluttered when I was near him.

Yes, Aiden would break a woman’s heart. If she let him.

Maybe, even if she didn’t.

I didn’t mean to let him break mine. I didn’t mean to let him get so far under my skin that he got into my heart.

One moment of passion—that’s all it was. I was reckless. I was stupid.

I didn’t know.

He ripped my heart out without even breaking a sweat.

He said he could explain. I don’t want to hear his lies.

I was stupid that night, but I can’t be again. I can’t let him close enough to make the same mistake twice.

Review:
Hot, cold, intense, love...all these emotions are felt. I really enjoyed this story. Aiden is everything you love and hate in an alpha male and Jemma is actually what he needs. I liked the build up and their relationship. It was a very good way to spend my evening.

I was at the top of my game. I knew who I was and what direction my life was headed. I owned the most prestigious night clubs down the east coast yet I kept my identity a secret. I don’t like being in the lime light and my hometown was none of anyone’s business. However, making people happy was. I did that with my clubs. Until the day tragedy struck my family. I had a choice to make and it wasn’t an easy one. At the end of the day, family always comes first. I went home to take care of my mom and the ranch. I didn’t plan on that little smart mouth Hope showing up with a laptop in hand. Just out of a cheating relationship the girl was hell bent on hating all men. Me included. Hating me wasn’t the only thing she came back home for. She needed a quiet place to write her next article. Her interest? The man that suddenly closed down all the upscale clubs on the east coast. I wanted to be anonymous for a reason. I didn’t want the cameras and all the tabloids in mine or my family’s business. So, I don’t give her anything. Well, nothing she wants anyhow. I give her the cowboy, the man that I’ve once again become with the dirty mouth. Until she learns the truth and wants to run with it. I should have known that a second chance at love wouldn’t happen for me. All fairy tales have to end, right?

TEASERS

Review:
These two were funny, serious, and made me tear up. Lots of emotions were felt with this high school sweetheart couple. They may have had years apart but once they were back together they were brilliant. I really enjoyed this story and the heart felt.

EXCERPT

“The Chinese once thought that fireflies were burning grass. They would catch them and keep them in jars, using them as lanterns. The Japanese legend though, thought they were the souls of the dead. There’s a little magic history in them too,” he says, his eyes trained out at the water. “What’s the magic?” “They say that if you’re feeling lost, you can catch the fireflies in a jar. Ask them to light the way for you, to show you the path you need to go down then release them from the jar.” “That’s beautiful.” Gentry nods and pulls his hand from mine. He reaches into his pocket and pulls out two small jars, passing me one. I take it in my hand and stare at the small piece of glass before I look up and ask, “What are we doing?” “Catching the magic. Some days I think I’m lost and I don’t know what way to go. Some I know my fate. Today is one of those I’m not so sure about. I think we could both use a little magic, don’t you?”

BREAKING NEWS: The Bad Boy of Baseball, Maddox Paige, is totally and utterly whipped. Okay, that might not be the headlines in the newspaper this morning, but it's the reality of my current situation. It all started a month ago when I received a call from my best friend, Kinsley. She got a new job in Chicago and needed a place to stay. I've known the girl since I was five, what harm would it be to have her stay at my place for a while? Ha! Total disaster. Now instead of going out every night with my teammates, I'm couch surfing and sketching endless photos of my best friend . . . but that's the least of my concerns. The disaster, you ask? I'm rapidly falling head over cleats in love with my best friend, my roommate, and my number one fan. And she has no idea . . .

Review:
This book was so hot and I loved every minute of it. These two together will make your heart explode. These two are hot all over and I couldn't put it down. I loved seeing past stories with small updates and the banter between the guys is always entertaining.

PROLOGUE:

**MADDOX**

Have you ever said something you regret? Something you haven’t forgotten about an hour later? Something that sits with you, stews deep in your belly, and then seeps into your bones, burying itself so far into your marrow that all you can think about is the one thing you said . . . and how you wished you could take it back the minute it slipped past your lips? That’s where I am. Full of regret. People always say, “Don’t regret anything. It’s what makes you who you are.” That was said in a whiney, nasally voice. Did you hear it? Well, those people, the ones trying to spew rainbows and sunshine up your ass about blatant mistakes . . . yeah, they’re only saying that because they fuck up on a daily basis. Think about it, what REAL person is okay with all their regrets? No one. There is always that one thing you did, that one time, that you will always, always, always think . . . “What if I’d done that differently?” It keeps you up at night. You wonder, what transformed, what took over my brain, to utter such words. To alter your life completely and send it down an entirely different course. Yeah, my life has been fucking altered all right. Everything was fine. I was pitching one hell of a fucking season for the Rebels, my ride or die team. I was getting along with my teammates, even the infamous Cory Potter, who made a splash after last season. I’ll hand it to the man, he really is the boss. I was getting laid whenever I wanted, which is always a plus for a guy who has massive amounts of adrenaline pumping through him daily, especially on a pitching day. And there were no strings attached. None. Yeah, I might have a rotation of women I call, but any single player in the major leagues does. You need the outlet. Even the prestigious Cory Potter had some booty call numbers before he found Natalie. I was living a great life, and then it all changed. And it changed fucking fast. Before I knew it, I was staring into my fridge at dairy products not made from a cow, but rather from oat. What the fuck is that? Oat milk? Explain to me where an oat has a goddamn nipple. My toothbrush is made from bamboo, which gives off a very woody, splintery taste, and I’ve been using toothpaste tablets instead of paste from a tube . . . because apparently, tubes suck up life in the landfill. The eco-friendly toilet paper in my apartment disintegrates in my hand and is worthless, making bathroom breaks a fucking nightmare. And there’s a goddamn three-legged dog in a suit and tie sitting on my couch that goes by the name Herman, or Hermy for short. I don’t have any privacy, I don’t even remember what meat tastes like anymore, and “Hermy” has a goddamn staring problem. And the three-legged motherfucker, yeah, he’s stealthy. I find him waiting for me outside the shower . . . staring. When I wake up . . . staring. When I’m trying to make a goddamn tempeh sandwich . . . staring. Every time I tell him to “get a life” or to “fuck off” or for the love of Christ “get a new hobby”, he doesn’t even bat an eyelash. He just stares! I can’t fucking take it anymore. I’m losing my goddamn mind and I don’t know . . . maybe it’s because I haven’t had sex in what feels like forever, or because my burgers are now made of imposter “meat”, or maybe because I’m forced to do things I don’t want to do. Either way, something needs to give, because I’m pretty sure from all the vegan shit I’ve been eating, my armpits are just about ready to spring their own mung beans. Christ. One phone call. That’s all it took. One fucking phone call from a person I cannot say no to, a person who will forever and always be . . . my insanely beautiful and free-spirited best friend.

Review:: That Secret Crush by Meghan Quinn

This was a really fun story with some serious life tucked in. I loved getting to know Reid more and his personality is definitely all on his own. While the other brothers seem to spit out their troubles, no one really knows what is going on in that brain of his. Taking the plunge with his long time crush Eve was out of character but a risk worth taking. These two had a lot of ups and downs but finally they got it all together. It was a really good story and I loved his relationship with Brig.

USA Today bestselling author Meghan Quinn brings more humor and heart with the third novel of her Getting Lucky series: a story about breaking curses and laying your heart on the line.

What happens when your secret crush isn’t so secret anymore?

I’ve had feelings for Eve Roberts for as long as I can remember, but because she also happens to be the twin sister of my best friend, Eric, I’ve never acted on my feelings and long ago resigned myself to keeping my crush under wraps.

But after a terrible falling-out with Eric involving a failed restaurant venture and plenty of blame on both sides, I’m back in Port Snow without my best friend and without any direction. But can you guess who’s here? Eve. And my attraction to her is as strong as ever.

As old feelings rush back, Eve and I find ourselves pulled together, whether we like it or not. Lines are crossed, secrets are kept, and we soon discover that the difference between love and friendship may not be so black and white, after all.

Everyone wants that secret crush to love them back…but will I be ready when she does?

Review:: That Forever Girl by Meghan Quinn

My favorite so far of this series. These two were great and I loved the back story of Rogan and Harper. Rogan is my kind of guy and I loved the little bit of humor we got from him. We were able to see his relationship with the brothers and how it differs from Griffith. We see that he relies of Griffith more than the younger two. The younger two though are funny and I loved the banter. Once Harper is back and things are straightened out, I loved the chemistry.

USA Today bestselling author Meghan Quinn’s second book in the Getting Lucky series brings heart, humor, and heat back to Port Snow.

There are two little words every small-town man dreads:

She’s back.

Harper Sanders, the girl who was supposed to be my forever, has returned to Port Snow, Maine, for good—and she’s bringing back memories of our shared past.

We once had a bright future together, but when tragedy struck, I threw it all away and pushed her out of my life. People in our small town think I’m cursed, but I know better. I did it all to myself.

And now she’s creating a life of her own in the place where we first fell in love. I can’t fight my feelings for her—or the strong attraction that keeps pulling us together. But after all this time, can she forgive the past and fall in love with me all over again?

Everyone hopes to find that forever girl…I just hope I haven’t lost mine for good.

Review:: That Second Chance by Meghan Quinn

Ren and Griffith made my heart swoon. I didn't care for the whole curse thing, he had enough issues without a curse on top of it. However besides that little detail, it was funny and I loved everything about this family. The boys are close. The family takes care of each other. It was fate all set up that Griffith would save Ren and become her new BFF in Snow Port. The details and images made within my head because of the fantastic writing has a vacation in the near future to Maine now.

USA Today
bestselling author Meghan Quinn delivers a smart and cheeky romance about love’s power to lift hearts . . . and curses.

It was supposed to be an innocent night, celebrating my brother’s birthday. Nothing was supposed to go wrong. We’d vowed to be on our best behavior after all . . .

But it only took one rowdy night with my brothers to flip my world upside down. One unlucky encounter saddled us with a family curse and the promise of doomed relationships. I laughed it off immediately. “Yeah, right,” I thought. “A love curse. Ha!”

Boy, was I wrong.

Word spreads quickly in a town like mine; rumors about that night soon made us the most eligible yet untouchable bachelors in Port Snow, Maine. As a subject of endless gossip and speculation, I could kiss my dating life goodbye.

It would have stayed that way if Ren Winters, the new girl in town, hadn’t crashed into my life. Brave, beautiful, and smart—her vivacious thirst for a fresh start has given me hope that maybe, just maybe, I can have one too.

Everyone wishes for that second chance . . . but could this really be mine?
