Review:

I did not connect with these characters like I thought I would based on the blurb given. I really enjoyed the last few chapters, it all came together, and we really get to know these characters, their real personalities, their real lives, when they were on vacation, we really only got the surface level of them. I had not connected how they would come together after vacation but that was a pleasant surprise and I enjoyed the reconnect.

Review:

I enjoyed this journey as Harper decides Leo or no Leo, this baby will be loved. Her past has defined her future and she wants her baby to be loved. Leo though, as much as he wants to hesitate and be there for Harper, he doesn't feel like he will be good enough for this baby. He steps up and they have time to get to know each other before the baby comes. The journey is lovely to watch and the growth with each of them was shown with maturity.

When Zane showed up to Jackson's house and Victoria was there, my mouth gaped open and out loud I said "SHUT UP" because yea even though I knew it was happening, I was just shocked and living in the moment. This story was amazing, these two had a hard journey to allow their feelings to come to the surface. Victoria was pushy, Zane tried to ignore all the feelings to not make any waves with the team. He for once doesn't want to focus on hockey, he wants to follow his heart but its just so hard for him. These two were so cute together, Zane was so protective, Victoria just wants to be loved. And oh yeah, Manning shows up, one of my favorites, I loved to see the protective papa bear show up.
