“Daddy’s here!” Jett shrieks from the first floor and, just like that, my stomach drops to my toes.
Lane winks. “You got this, gorgeous.”
I know I do. But that doesn’t mean I have to like any part of it.
When he turns away, I paste on my game face and chink my armor firmly into place, just like I do every other Friday. I also send up a prayer for extra grace this week, because these exchanges seem to be getting harder and harder. I’m not sure why, but I feel the unease creeping in a little more with every swap.
“Mama, come on!” Jett yells again, and I pull in a deep breath. Shoulders back, girlfriend.
I make it halfway down the stairs when my son yanks the front door open and launches himself at the brick wall of a man standing on the other side.
Big arms wrap around our little boy and lift him from the floor, while my lungs hold every ounce of air in my body hostage.
My son adores his father. Of that, I am absolutely certain. And when aquamarine eyes, the exact same color as Jett’s meet mine over the top of our little boy’s head, I realize that no matter how hard I try to prepare myself, this will never get easier.

Review:
It was good. It didn't grab my heart like I thought it would. The past was never really discussed as it should have been. The closer was there just not before they tangled in the sheets like I thought it would be. It did have a lot of heart and Sadie tried to be mad but I guess the heart wants what it wants and she forgave without much of an explanation. It had all the feels and heart that any of her novels holds. I loved all the characters and Wyatt's pup.

Review:
This was a fun story. Autumn is a nurse in training and seems to be scattered as well as organized, if that makes any sense. She is smart and knows what she doing, she is interested in her career and wants to be the best. Dr. Thorne Mayson is dreamy. I loved their banter and now close they became in a short time. It was a really cute story and I couldn't put it down.

Review:
    I really enjoyed these two together. It's always nice when a woman can bring a man to his knees. They were so sweet together. The whole story and seeing the characters and their families just made me feel warm inside. This author did amazing making me feel like I was one with the characters and enjoyed the entire book.

Review:
This story was so good. Chelsea has had a crush on Mayson for many years, he has always stayed a arms length away. Suddenly though they are so close and stuck together there is no denying the feelings that have been brewing. The whole family gathers to help this man with his troubles. It was heartbreaking to hear Mayson's story but I loved how Chelsea helped him, made him believe he was worth saving. Now the countdown until we hear from Quinn.

When her nose isn't buried in a book, or her fingers flying across a keyboard writing, she's in the kitchen creating gourmet meals. Review:
   I loved this sweet story. As always this author gives us a lot of emotion and heart. I felt like I was in the middle of this story. I wanted to hug them and celebrate with them. It was a really good story that kept me until the very end.

   I loved this story. I cannot get enough of these characters and all of our favorites. We are told a story of a woman that is escaping a life she didn't want. A life that was keeping her trapped. She finds that in a small town. We see those we have met before. And she finds a man that we are all familiar with, a man that loves fierce and hard. It was just so good.
