Following Ms. Elliott, she has been all over her new release that was quickly coming so I decided to re read a favorite of mine before the release. The relationship between Tristan and Ryn is anything but easy for most of the book. Its a relationship that was working until the man's brain started working against him and Tristan bolts. A man scared to tell a woman that his heart is falling for her. So what does that said woman do, what I think was a horrible way to cope but in her mind it was genius. She got herself a play thing and played she did. Tristan has to watch her with Dodge while he is kicking himself for letting her go. Its a struggle, back and forth, these two trying to figure out if they can be trusted with each others hearts.
